In the last several weeks, there have been some activity to translate appropriate lines of the script “Cha Joe” into Vietnamese language.  We attempted a workshop but did not achieve anything.   After the dreaded ‘Ides of April’ (April 15) we will have more people free to assist us.  One of the former residents of the Songkhla refugee camp who knew Fr. Joe well will be providing a locale for the workshop for Act II.   Act I translations are complete by one individual, an actor who appeared in an independent film, and did so marvelously.   We will post videos from that workshop afterward.
